**Shipping and handling charges excluded. Offer does not apply to Special Sales, Special Clearance, Closeouts, Discontinued Items, or Demos and Display Models or Pre-Owned Items. Opened or installed Installation Kits and Phono Cartridges, Pre-Recorded Media Exchanged for same Title Only.

2.) We need to share the information in order to provide you with the service or product you requested.                 

3.) In response to subpoenas, court orders or any other legal proceedings.

Return Policies


 DESENT-AUDIO.COMę (The Seller) Is Not Responsible for Loss or Damage after Item is Shipped - get with Shipper. We will help you with this process if need be, just let us know.

bulletAll merchandise is NEW and in its CARTON or BOX unless otherwise noted and sold with the manufacturer's warranty. No other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied is made. DESENT-AUDIO.COMę is not responsible for repair of merchandise.


bulletWe make every effort to prevent damage. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise, retain the original shipping carton and take the following steps that apply: UPS/FedEx - Contact your local office for an inspection report. Require the carrier to return the merchandise to us. Do not return the merchandise yourself. Postal Delivery (USPS) - If merchandise is damaged, take the package to your local post office and file a damage claim. The post office will investigate the claim and make restitution to cover the damage. Do not return the merchandise yourself. Common Carrier - If merchandise is delivered to you in a damaged condition, Note the nature of the damage on the driver's copy and your copy of the freight bill. Have the driver sign both copies. You may then file a claim with the carrier. If concealed damage is found, keep the damaged carton and call the truck line IMMEDIATELY for an inspection report. Do not return the merchandise yourself.


bulletMerchandise lost in shipment will be replaced after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, the merchandise replaced, a credit applied, or a refund check issued. NOTE: This is only if item shipped was insured. This is a long Process.


bulletShipping errors - DESENT-AUDIO.COMę error. All shipments should be checked immediately upon receipt. Duplicate shipments, DOA defective, or any error in shipment on our part will be corrected by us upon notification of error. Notification must be made within 10 days from date of invoice.  
bullet25% restocking fee. Merchandise that is not initially defective and accepted for return will be credited at 75% of the invoice price to cover handling and restocking. A minimum $5.00 restocking fee and less the shipping will be charged. So This is the Break-down: Your credit will be less 25% plus the shipping cost.
bulletAll returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the invoice or receipt. All Merchandise returned to DESENT-AUDIO.COMę  at 7517 SOUTHINGTON DRIVE, PARMA, OHIO 44129, must be in the original box and packing. After return, an inspection will be made by our Shipping Staff; if freight damage is indicated as the reason why the merchandise was returned, credit will not be issued. Shipping charges incurred due to the return of merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. IF merchandise do not have all accessories, manuals, cables, software, ect. along with its original box and packing, said merchandise WILL be shipped back to customer and no credit will be issued.
bulletDefective merchandise returned will be exchanged for identical items. No defective item CAN be returned for credit only. We will exchange or upgrade any defective item within 30 days of Invoice. All items will be tested first before a replacement is shipped. If items show miss use or abuse they will be shipped back at customer's expense.


bulletMerchandise discontinued by manufacturer, merchandise discontinued by DESENT-AUDIO.COMę. Any Used/Pre-Owned/Trade-In merchandise or sold As Is or marked as All Sales Final, products with $1200.00+ list price refer to manufacturer. Any opened or installed Electronic Software, Phono Cartridges, VHS video, DVD video, PC software, CD-ROMs, Music CDs, Car Audio Speakers, Car Audio Installation Kits if opened. All Batteries, Car and Home Alarm Systems, Power Amps, EQs and Crossovers.
